"Here at Buck we firmly believe that what America needs in this time of crisis is more strip malls. We all know that these one story, bastions of consumerism are what has defined us as a culture for so many decades and that they continue to be the beacon of social and economic growth even in these dark times. To promote this stimulus plan we have developed a short animated film that highlights the process of building strip malls from clear cutting to construction. Then a unicorn urinates rainbow colored pee on a man with a big moustache hiding in a tree stump."
